What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Associate position at Footprint?
Under the direct supervision of the Planning and Logistics Manager, the Warehouse Shipping and Receiving Associate is responsible for the expedient and accurate handling of merchandise into and/or out of the warehouse facility. General warehouse duties occur within the assigned area of warehouse operations, but position supports all areas of the warehouse, and production areas, as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum of one year of inventory control / warehouse experience.
- CDL drivers must have a valid license with no DMV incidents in the last 5 years.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items of 10 pounds or more. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
