The Assistant Teacher/Aide we are looking for…
Ø Is able to assist in a classroom with guiding and engaging children in a positive manner

Ø Wants to assist and learn to teach in a caring and nurturing atmosphere
‘For Kids Only’ Child Care is looking for the right Assistant Teachers/Aides to join our team in Andover. We are a private child care center that has been serving the Andover and surrounding the area for over 30 years. Our mission is to provide a superior learning environment for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years. We are proud to say that 90% of our clientele comes from referrals. Full and Part time opportunities are available. Flexible scheduling can be accommodated for college students.
Qualifications…
· 18 years old
· Experience with children.
· Must comply with DHS rule 3 requirements for certain positions which includes some college classes for the assistant position. Aides do not need further education.
· Interested in providing a nurturing learning environment for children
· Understands some of the basic principles of child development and displays an eagerness to learn more
· Able to engage children in activities and learning experiences
· Able to get up and down from the floor easily/frequently
· Is highly dependable and reliable
