The Role:

ForeCare, Inc. is a new leader in medical device technology, specializing in diabetes, hypertension and chronic disease management solutions. Are you interested in joining a team to help people live better lives? Want to make a difference? An established medical device manufacturer located in Moorpark, CA is seeking a Business Development and Marketing Specialist. He/She will work closely with sales team to develop business strategies for healthcare industry outreach, successful remote patient monitoring implementation and execution of various marketing projects. Position responsibilities include market research to locate new leads, prepare content for design team to create marketing materials and support the implementation of our various disease management programs.

Responsibilities:

• Perform market research to identify target markets for new product/program launch.
• Work with sales & management teams to develop outreach strategy and monitor the outcome for target audience, such as physicians, hospitals, pharmacies, and other healthcare entities.
• Support to develop the implementation materials for our remote patient monitoring, remote therapeutic and chronic disease management programs.
• Prepare the written content for variety marketing materials which may include but not limited to collateral, brochures, video script development, webinars, advertising and sales training materials.
• Maintain our literature library, and product support materials such as product manuals, sell sheets, brochures and other marketing collateral.
• Provide strong and timely communication with the marketing team in Taiwan

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of product marketing experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Expertise in writing marketing content for various channels (e.g. email, sell sheets, etc.)
• Medical device industry experience is a plus
• Passionate on new technology.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

· Must be authorized to work in the USA.
