Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated Bilingual Car Sales Professional to join our dealership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in the selection, demonstration, and purchase of vehicles.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and determine their needs and wants in a vehicle
- Provide customers with information on the features and benefits of vehicles
- Test drive vehicles with customers
- Provide quotes and negotiate sales
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate leads
- Maintain a high level of customer service
Requirements:
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Little to no experience required, we will provide training
