What you’ll be able to do:
- Deliver analytics to support the corporate strategy to re-frame inventory and deliver stock order complexity reduction.
- Drive metrics to identify new business opportunities and changing market conditions to enable data-driven decision making.
- Key member of the team responsible for an enterprise-wide approach to data management and reporting.
- Develop, design, improve, and generate contact center reports for end users taking highly complex information and producing user-friendly reports
- Ensure the integrity of reports and 100% accuracy of all reports and anticipate the development of all new reports and report improvements
- Provide organizational training for new users, training on new reports/report improvements, and continued organizational awareness of reports availability
- Provide production support through problems analysis and resolution to correct deficiencies within reporting applications
- Seek out new opportunities to evaluate data through the utilization of new technologies and tools
- Actively participate in call routing discussions to identify data collection and reporting needs.
- SME in terms of process and data collection for all applications
- Provide training and support in basic MS Office programs, Mail Merge and other programs as needed
- Analyze and interpret reports to identify performance gaps
- Develop procedures and operating instructions for all reporting processes and applications

- Must be comfortable working remotely and with minimal day-to-day direction
- Build a positive work environment that fosters successful team performance
- Build skill sets and continue to develop proficiency of the department’s systems and miscellaneous
- Work on activities and/or projects as requested by senior leadership or field leadership
- Provide support and troubleshooting pertaining to dashboard, reporting and mail merge errors
- Support requests for data extrapolation as requested by department managers and their teams
- Must be available to work varied shifts.
The minimum requirements we seek:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 years of experience in data and reporting analyst
- 5 years of experience in Microsoft Excel to include VBA, macros, pivot tables, SharePoint Reporting and Access Databases
Our preferred requirements:
- Zone Manager or Dealer contact experience helpful - strong understanding of key Ford systems.
- Strong analytical ability required
- Must be able to draw conclusions from raw data and summarize results quickly and efficiently
- Advanced Excel formulas, Pivot Tables, Charting/Visualizations, Reporting, and Dashboard building
- Proven experience with MS office suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Access
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate effectively across a management levels
- Good problem-solving skills - able to creatively resolve complex situations
- Proven ability to manage multiple, concurrent activities
- Proven ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and with minimal direction
- Strives to create a supportive environment conducive to continuous improvement
- Translates problems into practical solutions
- Provide excellent customer service for internal and external customers on questions and issues.
- Provide follow up reporting for a variety of program initiatives.
