We have an exciting opportunity for an EVS Manager for Sarah Reed on behalf of Forefront Healthcare in Erie, PA. You will bring your leadership skills to lead our team of EVS techs/housekeepers.

- Responsible for leading an hourly workforce and duties include recruiting, mentoring, and corrective action when needed.
- Drive client and resident satisfaction scores.
- Provide a clean, safe environment for residents and staff.
- Ability to collaborate with healthcare staff within all departments.
- Thorough understanding and compliance with health, safety, and industry regulatory agencies.
- Collaborate with hospital administration and other departments to provide world-class service.
- Monitor and maintain operating budgets such as payroll, supplies, equipment, and hospital budgets.
Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2-3 plus years of management experience in a long-term care, hospital, or relative housekeeping role leading an hourly workforce
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with the ability to handle confidential information.
