Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to all customers who visit the counter
- Assist customers with their inquiries and provide product recommendations
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system
- Maintain knowledge of current inventory and stock levels
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized counter area
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Basic understanding of retail math principles for pricing and discounts
- Knowledge of the local market and dealership products is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and phone etiquette
