Foreman Tool and Mold, a growing plastic Injection Molder with a focus in the Automotive Industry, is in search of a Quality Assurance Manager/Management Representative. We are ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015

Pay Range: $75-85K/yr

The right candidate will have following qualifications:

  • Competence in ISO, TS 16949 and EMS standards

  • Bachelor degree and 4-9 years of experience in Managerial position

  • Experience with ISO and TS Company involved in Injection molding business preferably Automotive with decorative product.

  • Knowledge of Automotive Industry Action Group (AIAG) Manual.

  • TS 16949 Certified Auditor

  • Practical and theoretical knowledge of suitable quality control techniques and methods in production process quality control, problem solving, measurements, supply chain quality control, Customer communication and employee management.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead and manage Quality Control Department

  • Assist Project Engineers with PPAP submission process

  • Maintain Customer Interface: Respond to customer concerns/rejections

  • Initiate and manage containment efforts at customer location and internally and direct customer corrective actions

  • Continuously evaluate and improve Quality System

  • Manage Internal and External Audits

  • Evaluate and report Quality of production and operational processes to Company management

  • Oversee and manage implementation of improvement projects process

  • Provide assistance in Quality Control techniques to production department

  • Supervise and train QC Techs across 3 shifts as required

  • Evaluate and Improve Quality system and documentation

  • Manage SPC database

The right candidate will take over Management of Quality Department and assume duties of Management Representative.
