```Duties:```
- Assist with various construction tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials
- Operate hand and power tools under supervision
- Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and hazardous materials
- Load and unload materials from trucks or other vehicles
- Follow instructions from supervisors or more experienced workers
- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations on the job site
```Qualifications:```
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in construction or related field is preferred but not required
- Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy objects (up to 100 pounds)
- Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools is a plus
- Valid driver's license is preferred
- With reliable transportation
- Flexible to work in adverse weather conditions.
