Description:
- Immediate entry level position in our plant with opportunity for advancement to those who have good attendance, follow directions, work hard, take initiative, and show promise.

Responsibilities:
- Primary responsibility will be to learn the various functions/tasks of a production line and will be given training to complete these tasks.
- General Cargo Trailer Building.
Qualifications:
- Good Attendance and Strong Work Ethic
- Availability to work additional hours as needed
- Ability to read a tape measure and use various other small tools.
- Good decision making, problem solving and communication skills
- Ability to learn and apply new skill in order to improve manufacturing process.
- Teamwork oriented attitude with the ability to adapt to the needs of the team to accomplish the goal.
