We are seeking a Sales Associate that can help drive our customer base and increase customer satisfaction. The Sales Associate will be responsible for researching our products, troubleshooting issues and recommending solutions to customers' problems. The ideal candidate will have a commitment to professional customer service, experience with product knowledge, and a willingness to learn new skills related to hardware and software.
Responsibilities:
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Greet customers and answer their questions about products, orders, and deliveries.
- Work in a team-oriented environment in which collaboration is valued.
- Meet or exceed monthly goals for sales and profit.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.50 - $14.99 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
