Join us in engaging customers through live streaming and showcasing our exquisite crystal inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct Live Crystal Sales: Drive sales and engage customers by conducting live crystal sales sessions on our social media pages, Monday to Friday from 12pm to 8pm. You will collaborate with a second team member to ensure smooth operations.

Engaging Product Presentations: Present our crystal inventory with enthusiasm and energy during 3.5-hour shifts, held twice a day. Captivate customers' attention through engaging and high-energy presentations.

Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service, leveraging your sales skills to provide an excellent shopping experience for customers, regardless of your current crystal knowledge.

Lively and Positive Attitude: Maintain a vibrant personality, overflowing with charisma and a positive attitude throughout the sales sessions, creating an enjoyable and memorable experience for customers.

Quick Learning and Adaptability: Demonstrate agility and adaptability by quickly learning about our crystals and effectively conveying their unique qualities to customers.

Fast-Paced Inventory Showcasing: Ensure an efficient and fast-paced presentation of our crystal inventory to captivate customers' interest and drive sales.

Active Sales Engagement: Actively engage in sales activities by standing for the duration of the 3.5-hour shifts, showcasing our products with enthusiasm and energy.

Open To Showing Your Face: Utilize the back camera and front facing camera during live sales, allowing customers to see both your hands and the face behind the show as you expertly present the crystals.

SKILLS:

• Strong sales experience or live sales experience (preferred)
• Ability to stand and actively engage in sales activities
• Excellent verbal communication skills, enabling you to effectively sell and engage with customers throughout the entire shift
• Knowledge of crystals and rocks (preferred but not mandatory)
• Possess a vibrant personality, overflowing with charisma and a positive attitude
• Outgoing and talkative
• Proven ability to work at a fast pace, ensuring efficient showcasing of our crystal inventory
• Good memorization and attention to detail
• Strong multitasking and coordination skills
• Basic math skills for quick calculations
• Ability to manage and support a second team member during busy periods
• Familiarity with TikTok and social media platforms (preferred)
• Availability to work until 11pm on Fridays, with potential early finishes

Salary and Benefits:

• Competitive starting hourly rate of $17.00 per hour
