About the Role:

A day in the life: Our Industrial Blast Plant is looking for a skilled technician to join our  Industrial Blasting department. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

On a given day, as an Industrial Blaster, you will:

• For the purpose of achieving certain surface profiles, our blasters will finish the blasting of metal components. This will allow our painters to cover the metal properly.
• Collaborate with quality control personnel to ensure that blasted surfaces are properly prepared to receive coatings, providing a strong foundation for finish quality and durability. Make any necessary touch-ups or corrections as needed.
• Adhere to company work safety policies.
• Other miscellaneous duties, as assigned

Schedule & Travel:

This is a full-time Sunday through Wednesday position located in Circleville, Ohio. This position would work from 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.

The qualified candidate we seek is an Industrial Painter or Blaster with these QUALIFICATIONS:

• Possess strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and strenuous environment.
• The work is indoors and is loud and dusty.
• Ability to lift < 50 pounds repeatedly, walk and stand for long periods of time (consistently for 4 hours), and perform physical labor.
• Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry objects and use abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue.
• Good manual dexterity and multi-coordination.
• Must be able to work for at least 3 hours consistently without a break.
• Regularly works in conditions, including but not limited to confined spaces, high noise levels, moderate to high heat levels, multiple PPE requirements, and height.
