Catering: Director of Operations
The Director of Operations plays a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of Forklift Catering, which is a full-service, award-winning catering company. This position is responsible for developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure seamless execution of events, maintain high-quality service, and optimize overall efficiency.
About the Director of Operations role:
This is an amazing opportunity to be part of a business experiencing rapid growth and make a significant impact on its future. For this new role, we are looking for candidates who have catering and operations management experience. The Director of Operations must have strong leadership and interpersonal skills. As Director of Operations, you’ll continue to build the team and help them learn how to be hospitality champions while overseeing staffing needs and implementing SOPs, while providing day-to-day leadership for the company. The Director of Operations will report to, and work directly with the company's two co-owners.
