What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Department Administrator position at Formax?
Formax, a New England based corporation focused on providing hardware and software office technology products, is currently seeking to add a Service Department Administrator to our team.
This position is a full-time role with daily responsibilities which include order processing, updating internal order systems and processing return authorizations.
We are looking for a high–energy, detail orientated team player that is capable of working in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment.
The following are required for this position:
Job Duties:
- Generating Sales Orders and Purchase Orders
- Updating internal order systems
- Distributing paperwork to ensure the completion of orders
- Customer Service via phone/email
- Working with the Dealer service department to process RMAs and RTVs
- Inventory of service parts and machines in que for repair
Skills and Qualifications:
- Must possess excellent verbal communication skills and telephone skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be persistent, results driven and motivated to achieve goals
- Strong computer and data entry experience
- Basic Microsoft Office experience (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Time management and organizational skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Accurate typing skills
- Ability to think critically and work through problems
