Forming Technologies is a manufacturer specializing in thermoform plastic packaging. Machine Operators are expected to run thermoforming machines safely, effectively, and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Operate thermoform machinery
- Assist with machine set up and tooling changes
- Trim and clean production parts
- Adjust machine as necessary to maintain quality and production rates
- Perform quality checks during production
- Maintain a clean work area
Desired skills and experience:
- Previous thermoform manufacturing experience is a plus
- Team player with positive attitude
- Ability to train and communicate effectively
- Take initiative to ask for additional training or direction when needed
- Communicate issues immediately to Supervisor
- Ability to use power tools
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in a hot environment
- Basic math and tape measure reading skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
