Overview:
As a Recruiter at Formlogic, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce and driving our mission forward. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to join our dynamic team. We are looking for a passionate and proactive individual who is eager to contribute to our growth and success.
This is a hybrid role and will be required to be onsite at our Pittsburgh Factory when needed for events or recruitment purposes.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for our Production facility with a strong focus on sourcing, including screening candidates, scheduling, interviews, and extending job offers. Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent. This includes utilizing various sourcing techniques, attending networking events, and building relationships with industry professionals.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment plans. Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and candidate selection.
- Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to track key performance indicators, measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, and identify areas for improvement. Use data-driven insights to optimize the recruitment process and drive informed decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process. Stay informed of industry trends and best practices to uphold ethical and legal standards in recruitment activities.
- 2-5 years of experience as a recruiter, preferably within a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience sourcing and building a pipeline of candidates
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment software, and other relevant tools.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
