Summary:
The Facilities Manager will support the Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix Event Operations team in the day-to-day upkeep and maintenance of the Paddock Club Building and Race Control Building. They will additionally be responsible for support of Garage maintenance and support for the build and upkeep of the larger Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix campus.

- This is a full-time position based on site at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, FL.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as main point of contact for needs and emergencies related to the upkeep and maintenance of facilities including the Paddock Club. Building, Race Control Building, and support of the garages and larger Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix campus.
- Execute daily interior and exterior inspections of the building and surrounding property for cleanliness and safety.
- Respond promptly to building maintenance, repair, cleaning requests, etc.
- Perform routine maintenance and make repairs as needed.
- Maintain and execute preventative maintenance schedule for all building assets including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical units.
- Work with external vendors to provide service and maintenance as needed throughout the calendar year.
- Work with housekeeping staff to ensure facilities are properly cleaned and maintained daily.
- Assist with subcontractor vendor communication through pre planning and execution phases.
- Assist with internal and external events held within different areas of the facilities.
- Track expenses and identify areas of opportunity for cost savings.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Experience with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
- Able to complete projects and resolve issues expeditiously, independently and with minimal supervision; must be able to show initiative and good judgement.
- Able to stand or walk for extended periods of time; bend, kneel, and lift or move heavy equipment.
- Able to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
- Willingness to learn regional building codes, regulations, and violations.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills to maintain internal and vendor relationships.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have an understanding of and ability to work on computer programs such as Smartsheet.
- Must be detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to multitask.
- Must be able to work in a team and follow instructions from supervisors.
