About the Role As a Product Manager, you’ll lead delivery teams of designers and engineers to develop complex custom software applications while directly collaborating with clients to outline strategic approaches and ensure achievement of business objectives. Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire cross-functional delivery teams to ensure the successful development and implementation of complex software solutions
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather insights and requirements, shaping the strategic product approach for optimal results
- Guide product strategy by collecting research, understanding the product’s target audience, and defining business goals to be pursued with the product’s implementation
- Own, prioritize, and maintain the Product Roadmap for successful delivery
- Convert ideas and goals into wireframes in collaboration with UX/UI designers
- Collect user feedback on released product versions to assess product effectiveness
- Fully embedded in and owning a delivery team, define key milestones, and own all project management activities
- Partner with design & engineering to oversee the delivery of project milestones
- Lead backlog refinement, iteration planning, product demos, and all agile ceremonies
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment and ensure high-quality standards
- 4 years of relevant work experience in technological projects related to digital products, software design, and development
- Experience managing the end-to-end software product lifecycle
- Ability to establish and maintain credibility with internal and external partners
- Proficient in articulating value to different audiences and leading discovery sessions/workshops
- Experience using agile methodologies with globally-distributed teams
- Familiarity with modern collaborative design tools like Figma and Miro
- Experience with requirements management tools, preferably Jira
- Previous consulting experience
- Agile certifications (Scrum Master or Product Owner) are a plus
- Strong understanding of web technologies, technical concepts, and APIs
- Experience in creating and modifying wireframes
