Temporary Mail Clerk - Tax Assessor/Collector

Overview

Provides support and assists County Tax Assessor/Collector Office with mail on a Temporary basis.  40 hours work week beginning December 18, 2023 through approximately February 23, 2024. 

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include some data entry; ability to retain and follow detailed instructions; work in small confined area; be a team player;

ability to learn and comprehend established office routines and policies from oral and written instructions; have an understanding of ethics-confidentiality issues.

 

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED. 
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Ability to push mail cart weighing approximately 100 lbs.    

SALARY: Temporary position, $15.00/hour, 40 hours/week

DURATION: December 18, 2023 through approximately February 23, 2024
