Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Warehouse Support
- Responsible for the delivery and retrieval items from campuses
- Assist during audits by counting inventory in Warehouse and / or on all campuses for yearly inventory purposes
- Pull and process orders
- Perform shipping and receiving of materials to campuses for the upcoming school year
- Unpack and inspect shipments for damages and defects, verifying accuracy of shipments received
- Stock materials, supplies, and merchandise on shelves in a neat and orderly manner
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks and hand-dollies in receiving, comply with all safety rules and regulations regarding operations of equipment
- Assist in loading and unloading of 18 wheelers
- Responsible for daily driver log and vehicle maintenance checks

- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Valid Texas Drivers License
- Experience preferred
- Ability to drive / operate delivery vehicle up to 26’ box truck
- Ability to perform basic math operations
- Ability to lift boxes weighing up to 45 lbs
- Ability to work outdoors for extended periods of time
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to stack books in a stooped / squatted position for long periods of time
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions

Additional Information
- Heavy lifting up to 45 lbs. Work in non-air conditioned environments / outdoors for extended periods of time.
- Work is performed at the assigned site. Must be able to handle stressful situations and work under time pressure when necessary.
May work with school-age children, teachers, administrators and external business partners.
