What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Advisor Assistant position at Fort Collins Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram?
Fort Collins Dodge Chrysler Ram is seeking an assistant for a main line Service Advisor. The ideal candidate will be: positive, hardworking, dynamic, self-starting, work well in both a team environment, as well as on his/her own. The ability to multi-task and take direction and initiative in stressful situations is paramount. A flexible schedule, and open availability from 7:30am – 6:00pm Monday through Friday is required.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
-Answering inbound phone calls
-Setting service appointments
-Checking in customers for service appointments
-Outbound calls status calls
-Customer follow-up calls
-General customer assistance
-Shuttling customers/vehicles
-Special order part calls
-Moving vehicles
