Work Remotely:
We've been remote for years. You do not have to come into the office. That said, this is real estate. Therefore a property manager must meet clients, lease properties (we use Rently boxes to reduce visits), inspect, perform emergency visits, etc.
Schedule
It is remote so there is no exact clock in/out time. There is an ebb and flow in management, around 8 hour shifts. you will likely work more in the beginning as you grow your account.
Position Summary
This position is designed to groom you into becoming a property manager, usually, within 1-2 months. You start by supporting the activities of multiple Property Managers and the Property Management Department. We then start feeding you inbound leads that we have already spoken to and vetted.
This is a great position for someone who enjoys working from home, desires career growth, and is a relatively independent person who is open to taking on new things and figuring out problems as they come.
Specific Duties – Includes the following. Other duties may be assigned.
*Uploading new management accounts to our software
* Entering and recording vendor invoices.
* Processing tenant work order requests and vendor service call assistance.
* Generating online rental listings.
* Screening tenant applications along with verification.
* Processing rent roll deposits, tenant payments etc.
* Processing vendor payments.
* Turning on/off utilities for rental properties
* Numerous other property management and real estate related items.
Qualifications
- Active Arizona Real estate License
- Computer literate
- Propertyware experience a big plus
- Any real estate experience a plus
Pay:
About 1/3 of our managers make above $100,000. The average established manager makes between $65,000 and $90,000.
Position starts at $40,000 a year as you grow your portfolio with us.
When on commission profit centers include:
- Sales referral fees on properties added and managed while on commission.
- Leasing fees
- Management Fees
- Getting Good Reviews
We are building your portfolio until you reach a sufficient size to start making significant money. This amount continues until you are properly trained and your account reaches a sufficient size. At that point you may be switched to commission and would receive the additional profit centers listed above, which is generally preferred by staff.
Vacation Time
Unlimited vacation time so long as you're getting your work done. Most managers take off 4-6 weeks a year.
