CIVIL / STRUCTURAL DESIGNER

Ready to Hire! We are seeking a talented Structural Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and possess expertise in various software tools to create innovative structural designs.

Responsibilities

  • Work as part of a team to prepare construction quality documentation for structural engineering design projects. industries (chemical, petrochemical, biofuels, oil, gas)
  • Populate 3D model with structural details.
  • Interface with other engineering discipline functions.
  • Interpret vendor drawings.
  • Work to schedule.
  • Perform field walk-downs

Requirements/Qualifications

  • Design and layout of concrete and steel structures and civil drawings.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask between project assignments

Preferred Computer skills

  • AutoCAD
  • MicroStation
  • AVEVA E3D Design

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $55.00 - $80.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • structural design: 5 years (Required)
  • PDMS: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Aveva PDMS: 1 year (Preferred)
