Fort Worth Pallets is looking for a motivated and hardworking General Laborer to join our team. This role involves various manual labor tasks essential to our pallet production and distribution processes. The ideal candidate should be able to handle physical tasks, work well in a team, and ensure that all operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the assembly, repair, and dismantling of wooden pallets.
- Load and unload materials and products from trucks or storage areas.
- Operate basic machinery and tools as needed for pallet production.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a general labor or construction role is a plus but not required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 30 pounds.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.05 - $19.86 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
