Forte' Cannabis is putting the finishing touches on our brand-new indoor grow in Harrsion Township. We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Grower to join our team. This person will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining plants in our 360 light indoor cocoa grow. This position requires a strong understanding of plant care and the ability to perform various tasks related to plant growth.

**Duties:**

- Plant, water, and irrigate crops or plants utilizing the Dosatron system

- Build and lead a team of passionate and experienced grow staff

- Manage third-party harvest and trim teams

- Monitor plant health and growth progress

- Collect data on plant growth and conditions

**Requirements:**

- Experience in indoor marijuana cultivation at scale

- Detailed understanding of crop-steering and developing an effective IPM program

- Knowledge of data collection methods for plant monitoring

- Mechanical knowledge for maintaining and operating growing equipment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
