What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Loan Coordinator position at Fortifi Bank?
The Commercial Loan Coordinator is responsible for providing support to Business Bankers and teams within Business Banking, by gathering supporting information and communication from internal and external clients, preparing loan files for closing, scheduling closings and general client correspondence, troubleshooting, running reports, assisting with the process of matured, maturing, and/or delinquent loans, and providing superior client service to internal and external clients. This position has the opportunity to be located in Berlin, Waunakee, or Green Bay, WI.
This position requires superior customer service skills; strong math, analytical, communication, attention-to-detail and reasoning skills; the ability to handle high pressure situations that may arise; the ability to define problems and make responsible decisions; the ability to effectively multi-task, maintain confidentiality, and build strong relationships with both internal and external clients. The ideal candidate will have an associate's degree in a related field and one to three years of banking experience.
