The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer services and will be responsible for providing advice and assistance to clients regarding their investments, retirement plans, and other financial matters. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, processing transactions, and providing excellent customer service. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to expand their knowledge in the financial services industry.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service to clients in a professional manner.
- Assist customers with their financial needs and inquiries.
- Develop and maintain client relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of customer accounts.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and make recommendations.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
