Fluke Corporation is actively seeking a dedicated and ambitious individual for the role of Pressure Metrologist. This opportunity is based at our Fluke Calibration Pressure Laboratory in Everett, Washington and is an excellent platform for growth and career advancement.
In this leadership role, you'll be instrumental in supporting calibrations on both new production and customer instruments and ensuring the traceability of test equipment through our internal or external calibration services. Adherence to and support for the ISO/IEC 17025:2017 Quality Standard is a crucial part of this role.
As a valuable part of our Pressure Laboratory team, you'll champion attention to detail to drive quality of results. You will also take on the responsibilities of training and developing technicians, helping improve their calibration skills and guiding them in problem-solving and data analysis techniques.
We're looking for a candidate who relentlessly drives continuous improvement in calibration processes, incorporating standard work practices, and maintains the reliability of calibration systems.

- A Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics, or have equivalent work experience as well as PMEL training.
- At least five years of work experience in calibration supporting ISO/IEC 17025 accredited calibrations.
- Excellent customer service skills, effective communication, strong interpersonal skills, ability for team building, displaying flexibility and a penchant for critical thinking.
- Goal-oriented, customer-focused, capable of delivering results, dedicated and able to perform both independently and in a team environment.
- Prior experience in programming is a plus and technical writing is a plus.
- A dedication to professional growth and a desire to advance their career is a must.

Everett, WA: The salary range for this position is $70,495- $130,985
This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.
Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location. The Total Rewards package includes competitive base pay and an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and several programs that provide for both paid and unpaid time away from work.
Salary : $70,495 - $130,985
