Provide support in the planning, organizing, developing, and implementing of internal and external communication. Provides administrative and operational support to the Project Management Office (PMO). Job duties include but are not limited to the following: Assists in PMO activities and processes including project planning, intake, prioritization, initiation, execution, and training, as well as in fostering collaboration of end-users and key stakeholders. Assists in developing various PMO communications, messages, newsletters, and documents for clarity and consistency; ensure all communications are aligned with PMO/corporate brand identity. Maintains the PMO calendar and electronic filing system Works with Communications team members to ensure a cohesive and complementary approach to messaging. Attends meetings and takes notes of discussions; prepares the initial draft of minutes and summaries. Assists with organizing and managing event details for workshops, meetings, and training Conducts pre-and post-event evaluations and report on outcomes Other additional and/or alternative duties as assigned from time to time, including supporting other PMO team members . The ideal candidate will have/be: 3-5 years of employee/corporate communications experience. BA degree in communications, business administration, or similar Experience with communications. Project management experience. Excellent computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), Adobe, Experience leading/facilitating meetings is a plus The ability to operate in a fast-paced environment. Well-organized, adaptable, capable of prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and taking the initiative to drive tasks/work forward with limited supervision.
