As a Construction Auditor with Fortuna Business Management Consulting (Fortuna BMC), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and efficiency of construction projects, particularly within higher education institutions in California. Your expertise will contribute to the successful completion of projects while maintaining compliance with regulations and standards.

WHAT WE OFFER:

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Participate in planning meetings to strategize audit approaches and timelines.
• Conduct thorough reviews of change orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Analyze allowance and contingency usage, validating costs and compliance.
• Perform detailed reviews of project final cost reconciliations.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

• Minimum five years of experience in construction auditing.
• Expertise in performing audits for higher education institutions.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to effectively communicate findings and recommendations.

Pay: $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 – 45 per week
