Responsibilities
Develop and manage relationships with new and existing customers in the specialty coffee sector.
Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized recommendations and solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to Fortuna.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Fortuna's offerings to maximize revenue.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the quality and benefits of our products.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials, promotions, and campaigns aimed at increasing sales and brand awareness.
Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally, striving to exceed their expectations.
Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to promote our brand and expand our client base.
Continuously seek opportunities for business growth and improvement, contributing ideas and insights to enhance our sales efforts.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the coffee or food and beverage industry.
Strong understanding of specialty coffee products, brewing methods, and industry trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings, events, and trade shows.
