- Reconciliation and Designation: Responsible for accurately reconciling and designating rebate payments in the Drug Rebate system at the National Drug Code level, ensuring precision and compliance.
- Client and Manufacturer Interaction: Conduct research and respond promptly to client and drug manufacturer inquiries, fostering positive relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Correspondence Management: Track and organize incoming manufacturers' correspondence, maintaining a systematic approach to information flow.
- Invoicing and Late Payment Notices: Manage the mailing of invoices and late payment notice letters, ensuring timely and effective communication with stakeholders.
- Reporting: Complete daily status reporting, providing insights into the progress of rebate processes and identifying areas for improvement.
