Collections Litigation Specialist

$22-26/hour based on experience

As a Collections Litigation Specialist/Paralegal, you will manage pre and post judgment collections on accounts assigned, and manage the placement of accounts to outside counsel to pursue legal remedies.

Responsibilities

Daily responsibilities consist of:

• Actively managing a portfolio of accounts that have been referred to an attorney for resolution
• Utilizing skip tracing to locate member and assets
• Working a collection queue in order to secure payment on accounts
• Documenting accounts clearly and concisely
• Maintaining payment records
• Working professionally with attorneys and analyzing their performance
• Analyzing and reviewing accounts for settlements

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

• Collections or Legal/Paralegal experience required
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Proficient Computer Skills
• Customer Service Experience
