Your Functions
FORVIA - HELLA is seeking its next great Technical Software Project Leader to join our growing EMC lighting team. The primary function of this position will be to manage, monitor, and report on assigned lighting programs to drive development of our next generation products.

Daily Responsibilities
- Coordinates the planning activities and is responsible for preparation, implementation and verification of the development schedule
- Assign responsibility for work results and activities in a clear and comprehensible manner to the individual team managers or team members
- Monitor and control progress of the program watching and coordinating escalations and deviations
- Provides last decision for software development related issues in case of escalation from software development team members
- Plan and coordinate software testing activities
Qualifications
- 5 years experience in embedded software development.
- Experience coding in embedded C that adheres to MISRA
- Prior exposure working with 16-bit and 32-bit micro-controllers (use of peripherals, memory space definition, etc.).
- Experience in software (module and integration) testing methods and strategies.
- Good communications and presentation skills
