A fast-growing, integral component of our International Tax Services (ITS) Group is our Global Mobility Services (GMS). Primarily our GMS Team focuses on the compliance and consulting needs of Global Companies with Mobility Programs as well as High-Net-Worth Individuals who are either U.S. Expats working outside of the U.S., or Foreign Nationals working in the U.S.
In this position - you will work closely with our clients to prepare tax returns, tax equalizations, hypothetical tax, and gross-up computations in our Global Mobility world. You will consult with our ITS Core Team to assist with our client's Global expansion and the tax impact on their employees. You will also work closely with our Praxity Teams, located in over 125 Countries, who support our Global reach, to coordinate Global tax-related services for our client's employees or with Individuals directly who require Global assistance.
How you will contribute:
Preparing and reviewing tax returns to fulfill the individual's Global income tax compliance needs as well as U.S. International Informational reporting; including, but not limited to, Form 1040, 1040NR, FinCEN 114, 8938, 5471, 8865, 8621, 8858, 3520, 3520-As, etc.
Performing Tax Consult with our clients with a Global Mobility Quantitative analysis - Home and Host Country Income Tax comparative computations
Assisting taxpayers who require and request a Streamlined Filing Procedure to move toward full compliance with their Global income tax compliance needs.
Providing Global Mobility Services in a professional environment for the effective diagnosis, solution, development, and implementation of Global tax solutions by working closely with tax professionals both domestically and internationally

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
5 years or more of experience working on a variety of Individual and/or Corporate income tax compliance projects
CPA License
Compliance experience with Go System Tax RS or other technology
