Forward Service Corporation (FSC), a passionate, not-for-profit firm that strives to provide exceptional customer service in employment and training related services to local, state and federally funded program participants. Our non-profit firm is seeking one full-time JAG (Jobs for America’s Graduates) Quality Specialist to help those we serve achieve their dreams. JAG Quality Specialist is responsible for supporting the JAG Manager and JAG programs in overall program training and compliance with funding sources.
PRIMARY DUTIES INCLUDE
- Conduct Weekly/Bi-Weekly check-ins with assigned JAG Career Specialists.
- Support with curriculum implementation by conducting reviews on each PBL project to ensure JAG competencies are being met and accurate entry into JAG National tools (JAGForce and other national platforms)
- Prepare and complete program compliance site reviews including but not limited to DCF file monitors and tracking.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree, experience working with high school students and one (1) plus years work-related experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- FSC offers a very competitive wage for this full-time, exempt position with a minimum rage of pay starting at $56,334.08/year with additional compensation based on direct experience beyond the minimum requirements.
