Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers in finding the right products
- Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate features and benefits
- Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist with inventory management and restocking merchandise
