Compliance Specialist

Fostering Life Youth Ranch, a residential treatment facility, is in search of a Compliance Specialist/Quality Assurance for our facility in Levelland, TX. We are needing high school graduates or equivalent, 21 or older. Compensation will depend on experience and evaluation after training. Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Compliance Officer to join our team. As a Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our organization complies with all state regulations and standards as well as company policy and procedure. Your expertise in quality assurance and compliance management will be crucial in maintaining our commitment to compliance excellence.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to all regulations and other applicable standards
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas of non-compliance and develop corrective action plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance requirements are met throughout the organization
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and industry best practices to ensure ongoing compliance
- Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance-related matters
- Investigate and resolve compliance issues or complaints
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of compliance programs
- Maintain accurate documentation of compliance activities

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare administration, regulatory affairs)
- Proven experience in compliance management
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
- Strong research abilities to stay informed about regulatory changes
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Pay: $36,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
