Associate Sales Representative - Medical/Aesthetic Lasers (Orange County)

Fotona is currently seeking a talented and ambitious Associate Sales Representative based in New York City to aggressively prospect and develop new Aesthetic/Medical leads and customers in and around Metropolitan New York.  This is an excellent opportunity for a highly driven, talented sales professional with strong prospecting skills to break into the lucrative aesthetic laser market.  Capital Equipment sales, as well as a proven track record in lead generation a strong plus.

Responsibilities:

• Cold call medical offices and spas.
• Demonstrate professionalism and establish a strong sense of trust among Fotona’s growing customer base.
• Identify prospects' business needs and goals to determine solutions.
• Achieve sales quota results in the assigned territory.
• Demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills.
• Actively seek out new customers through prospecting, trade shows, meetings, and other points of contact.
• Study frequently to remain knowledgeable on products and services offered by Fotona, LLC.
• Reliable, strong work ethic and ability to work independently to produce results.
• Travel within a territory, as well as attending trade shows, trainings, and other events is required for this role.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.
• Represent Fotona with a high level of integrity and professionalism.

​Skills:

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills are a must.
• A strong passion for Prospecting and Sales is required for this role.
• Intermediate experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience using CRM tools, especially Salesforce.
• Fluent in English required (written and verbal).

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. though not on a daily basis, ability to lift and carry over 50 lbs. occasionally, ability to push/pull very heavy equipment on wheels/casters occasionally.
• Ability to stand, lift, push/pull, bend, squat, stretch, reach, twist/turn, walk, and reach throughout the day, ability to work at a computer and sit and/or drive for extended periods.

Education: 

Bachelor’s degree in a field related to Business, Sales, Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Biology, Chemistry, Psychology, or similar preferred though not required.

• Competitive salary based on experience and track record, plus uncapped commissions.
