We are a privately-owned, certified women-owned business located in Indianapolis, IN. We currently have 60 employees and our team boasts three former Googlers. // WHO YOU ARE

FoundSM is seeking a multi-disciplinary person who has a love for performance marketing. As a Digital Account Manager, you enjoy leading client engagements and acting as a pillar of support, strategy and encouragement for the team working on your accounts. Ideally, you are a critical thinker who wants to work closely with our Paid Media, Analytics, Landing Page, CRO and Creative teams to ensure expert knowledge in the subjects to accurately discuss client strategy, recommendations and action items.

// THE ROLE

The Digital Account Manager is responsible for the daily management of client accounts. This role reports to our Director of Client Services. Your tasks will include on-going client communication and working with the internal teams to create strategy, timelines, recommendations, etc. You will also be responsible for ensuring projects are done on time and meet client expectations.

You’ll interact with clients and vendors regularly through email, phone calls, or in-person meetings so your excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills will be valued.

// RESPONSIBILITIES & ROUTINE ACTIVITIES

  • Drive revenue growth by identifying new opportunities with key decision makers and determining the appropriate approach for each designated client.
  • Manage and maintain excellent communication with clients.
  • Create solutions based on client goals.
  • Assist with client inquiries and problem resolution.
  • Coordinate with the internal teams on specific needs for clients.
  • Maintain a high level of client knowledge of goals and initiatives.
  • Maintain knowledge of best practices within Paid Media and digital marketing.
  • Help identify trends, wins and losses and communicate to clients.
  • Construct narrative for client presentations and deliverables.
  • Improve and maintain internal and external documentation.
  • Engage with different parts of the FoundSM team to lead client engagements.
  • Lead client communication on projects and present findings.
  • Help define strategy by partnering with our internal teams to ensure best practices are always followed.
  • Present multiple monthly marketing performance reports for a variety of business units and products.

// REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
  • 4 years minimum in the industry or related experience in developing strategic projects.
  • Demonstrated experience running engagements with clients.
  • Experience with various project types, including paid media, analytics, web, mobile, video and brand.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple accounts and campaigns successfully.
  • Excellent verbal, written, proofreading and organizational skills.
  • Broad campaign experience including digital demand generation.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides etc.) as well as Microsoft Office.
  • Certified in Google Ads.
  • Understands how to properly analyze qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Passionate about paid media, analytics, design, UX and familiar with best practices.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to see around corners and anticipate client needs.
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
  • Inquisitive nature and desire to always find ways to improve.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations in a positive and professional manner.
  • Strong analytical thought process and ability to interpret findings.
  • Strong presentation, communication and writing skills.
  • Inbound and outbound marketing experience.
