FoundSM is seeking a Digital Project Manager who has a process-oriented mindset and thrives in a fast-paced, data-rich environment. In this new role, you’ll be a key player for the Data Intelligence team and will be integral to its scalability and operational success.

You have experience managing cross-departmental projects and are adept at identifying potential issues or challenges to project completion and then facilitating solutions to them. // THE ROLE

The Digital Project Manager is responsible for keeping the Data Intelligence team organized and agile. Focusing on optimizing processes for efficiency, quality, and communication will keep the team aligned and focused on the most important tasks and projects at hand.

This role reports to the Strategic Operations Manager. Your tasks will include working with the team to create strategic processes, timelines, SOPs as well as managing and maintaining a backlog of tickets. You will help to build and maintain new workflows for quality control and efficiency gains and you will work cross-departmentally on client projects that fall within the scope of the Data Intelligence team. You will utilize established project management tools and best practices to keep everything running smoothly.

// RESPONSIBILITIES & ROUTINE ACTIVITIES

Process Management

  • Own and develop processes around delivery models, cross-team collaboration, and communication
  • Maintain and optimize the ticketing system
  • Work closely with the Data Intelligence team to ensure requests are completed on time
  • Work closely with the Data Intelligence team manager to assign requests
  • Own the Data intelligence project management system
  • Ensure all procedures and standards are being correctly met across all Data Intelligence project flows
  • Assist in project managing large Data Intelligence projects and client engagements
  • Utilize and implement automation across workflow to increase FSM efficiency
  • Ensure client dos and don’ts documents are updated and used by the Data Intelligence team
  • Work cross-team to develop workflows to ensure accurate and timely project completion
  • Team resource management
  • Create a process to ensure error-free work is delivered to the team
  • Assist in new client onboarding

// REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 2-5 years of digital project management experience in an agency, in-house, or start-up environment
  • Expertise or familiarity in at least 2 areas within the digital advertising landscape - Analytics, attribution, tag management, SEM, Paid Social Advertising, and SEO
  • Experience within the digital advertising landscape and related technologies
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides etc.) as well as Microsoft Office
  • Experience defining and managing team workflow
  • Experience leading Scrum ceremonies, meeting structure, and use of industry terminology
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration and achieving high customer satisfaction
  • Desire to work within a team environment
  • Excellent verbal, written, proofreading, and organizational skills
  • Understands how to analyze qualitative and quantitative data properly
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to handle difficult situations in a positive and professional manner
  • Strong analytical thought process and ability to interpret findings
  • Strong presentation, communication, and writing skills

  • Google Ads Certification
  • Working knowledge of project management tools like Wrike, Asana, etc
  • Working knowledge of automation tools like Zapier
  • Working knowledge of Hubspot
  • Experience in demand generation and marketing analytics
