Janatorial position available for an energetic person with an eye for detail. Part-time in the evening 4pm-10pm, Monday through Friday. Must have basic general property maintenance knowledge. Must have reliable transportation. Must pass a level 2 Federal Background Screening. Pay $15 per hour. Paid 1 week vacation in the winter and Spring.
