Position Overview:
The Call Center/BDC Rep will be responsible for a high level of customer service within a call-center atmosphere. This person will be responsible for communicating with internal and external interfaces including customers, buyers, the sales team, and service. The ability to build rapport and connect with customers is a key part to achieve success in this role.

Responsibilities:
- Provide service to potential customers by understanding their initial needs
- Responding to customer inquiries and using lead management tools to deliver sales results
- Determine, explain, and confirm the next steps with the customer
- Increase the sales traffic by responding to inbound calls, making outbound sales calls such as (not limited to) internet lead responses, unsold internet showroom traffic, and follow up calls which produce specific appointments for the sales team
- Answer any questions regarding our dealership promotions, offerings, warranties, and other relevant information
- Schedule and verify customer appointments for the dealership sales team
- Log, track, and monitor customer information through designated databases
- Identify and secure new sales leads by building rapport and maintaining client relationships
- Understands the needs of the customer, developing a flexible sales process to draw them into the store.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of related experience
- CRM and DMS experience preferred
- Proficiency with operating in a web base, networked, internet environment.
- Continued education in business, marketing, or sales, preferred
- Ability to professionally communicate and articulate dealership offerings
- Excellent data entry skills and MS Office proficiency
- Automotive/Dealership knowledge/experience is helpful
