Duties
- Enter data into various systems and databases with accuracy and efficiency
- Approve wires in our software
- Answer phone
- Perform data collection and research as needed
- Scan Invoices & Checks when needed
- Assist with administrative tasks as assigned
Experience
- Previous experience in data entry or a related field is preferred
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Excel
- Basic math skills for calculations and data verification
- Familiarity with databases and data management systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain files and records
This position requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
