Cedar Hills is looking for an Assistant, Health Information Management to join our team of great people!

How you will make an impact :
The HIM Assistant organizes, manages, and sorts paperwork (including patients’ charts), archiving and retrieving, scanning of medical records, process release of information, analysis of chart deficiencies and updates charts as needed.
Ensures the confidentiality of patients’ personal information. Performs clerical duties for Health Information Management department and Performance Improvement department which may patient information data entry into computer files, and into paper records.

Requirements :
- Education : High school graduate or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Training : Successful completion of Crisis Management Training and Service Excellence training within 90 days of employment.
- Overtime and Weekends as needed
