Overview
The loan officer position will be equipped to leverage Fountain Mortgage's proven in-house marketing resources to convert company provided internet leads.

- Industry seasoned processors who average 20 loans closed per month to maintain high touches on your files
- Industry seasoned closing department who average 45 closed loans per month to maintain extremely quick turn times for closing docs being sent to title
- One on one coaching and mentorship from industry veteran managers and owners who specialize in growing both internet lead conversions and self-generated referral business
- Uncapped commission structure
What You’ll Be Doing
- Proactively contact a minimum of 70 company provided leads via phone, text, and email per day
- Obtain an average of 20.5 credit qualified borrowers per month
- Close an average of 8.5 loans per month
- Convert at least 3.25% of paid leads into closed loans per month
- Utilize CRM to complete daily task lists
- Review loan applications and issue pre-approvals
- Provide mortgage consultation and convert leads into clients
- Quote and lock rates on an average of 1.85 loans/week
- Solicit documentation for file opening based on pre-scrub needs list
- Additional duties as assigned
What You’ll Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1 years’ sales and/or lending experience.
- Prior mortgage experience strongly preferred.
- Active NMLS licensing or the ability to pass the Mortgage Licensing Exam to obtain an active NMLS license within 180 days of hire.
- Strong knowledge of lending guidelines (AllRegs).
- Ability to perform tasks quickly and accurately with a sense of urgency

Physical Requirements

Pay: $60,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
