The Memory Care Program Coordinator is an integral part the care team that helps change the lives of our patients and residents each day. As a Memory Care Program Coordinator you are responsible for enriching the lives of our memory care residents in an interdisciplinary environment including:

  • Providing hands on involvement in resident activity programs the majority of shift
  • Assist with coordination and development of calendar events
  • Assist with delivering packages to the residents apartments
  • Assist with maintaining an environment that supports our whole-person wellness culture of resident engagement.
  • Assist in ensuring resident welcome and engagement protocols are in place

Employment is contingent on successful completion of pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
