Banquet Server
Job Posting for Banquet Server at Fountains Golf and Banquet
Responsibilities:
- Set up banquet rooms and tables according to event specifications
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
- Clear tables and clean banquet areas during and after events
- Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with the banquet team to ensure smooth event operations
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Strong guest service skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy trays or equipment if necessary
