Human Resources Administrative Assistant

The Human Resources Assistant, will be responsible for providing administrative support to other HR professionals by documenting staff changes, performance reports and communications.

Duties

• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to listen and effectively verbalize ideas
• Perform administrative duties, such as filing, maintaining employee personnel files
• Maintain proper records of employee attendance and leaves
• Assist HR Manager in policy formulation
• Submit online job postings
• Coordinate orientation and training sessions for new employees
• Scheduling on boarding tasks and communications for the HR department
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable resolving employee questions, issues, concerns
• High energy and the ability to work quickly while multitasking
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Bi-Lingual English and Spanish required
